Having had a successful career spanning seventeen years working at the top of his field, David now brings his extensive knowledge of the industry, coupled with his passion for the personal growth and development of individuals, to the management of his clients at RedShaw Management.
Working primarily, but not solely, in the area of musical theatre, David started his career as a dancer before developing his skills into other areas of the industry. This led to working with some of the most established and praised creatives and theatre companies of today – from the National Theatre, Donmar Warehouse, RSC, CFT, West End and extensive regional credits.
David is uniquely placed to utilise his performing experience into the insight and knowledge he brings to the individual guidance of his clients.
Sarah Redmond
Sarah brings a wealth of industry experience to RedShaw Management. For the first seven years of her career she was with an actors co-operative agency, Actors Network Agency, where she developed a passion and interest for that side of the business. She then moved across to CCA and continued to be able to use those honed agenting skills and work from time to time with Patrick Hambleton. When Patrick set up his own agency she went across as an actor but also ran a list of clients alongside him.
As an actress Sarah worked at the top of her field in the West-End, RSC, BBC, ITV, in regional theatre, radio drama, opera and touring commercially in plays and musicals. In the past eight years she has stepped over and has enjoyed success as a theatre director and acting coach – from large scale commercial pantomime’s and corporate events, to highly praised off West-end work. Sarah’s focus is about guidance, good management and success
